2011 Train Show is a Success!

Thanks to all who visited the The 36th Annual Dayton Train Show. This annual event is sponsored each November by members of the "Miami Valley" Division 3 of the National Model Railroad Association (NMRA), Inc., Mid-Central Region. The show is one of many events through which our members experience fellowship, inspiration, knowledge and growth in the pursuit of a creative and rewarding hobby.
Many new things and exhibits are planned for 2012, so make plans to come on out to Hara Arena, November 3, 4, 2012. If you or the kids like trains at all, this is the show for you! Admission will be $6 for adults, with children 12 and under admitted free. The show will be at Hara Arena, 1001 Shiloh Springs Rd, Dayton.
NMRA members receive a multitude of services to expand their hobby enjoyment. The monthly NMRA Magazine is filled with interesting articles and updates on prototype and hobby happenings. Tape/slide clinics, data and "standards" sheets, periodical indexes and library research opportunities are also available exclusively to members.

Model railroading has evolved into a FAMILY HOBBY! Youth members are inspired and encouraged and activities for women are an important part of any convention schedules. NMRA membership is a healthy, wholesome and enriching experience for the ENTIRE FAMILY.
